Gretchen Johnson
President and CEO
Gretchen Johnson in partnership with Mike Woolsey make up our executive team. Gretchen started her
engineering career at The Southern Company and has since consulted for top utilities and service providers
in the nation. Gretchen served as Principal Engineer for Hurricane Sandy and many other disaster response
initiatives.
Mike Woolsey
COO
Mike Woolsey, Partner and Aviation Director, is internationally known for both his expert helicopter piloting and mechanical knowledge and skill. A native of New Zealand, Mike makes his home in the USA. You can find him exploring the world and fishing.
Lyle Olson
Director of Field Operations
Lyle has an extensive career as a lineman. He served 43 years as a Journeyman lineman and ten years as a helicopter lineman. He loves rugby and traveling to the Caribbean. What brings him joy is time with his family and pets, long trail backpacking, and jobs well done.
Jenn Miller
Director of Safety, Health and Environment
Jenn Miller keeps our team informed and accountable when it comes to safety! She has a BS in Environmental Health Sciences from Purdue University. She has worked in the utility industry for over 30 and 10 years as a director. On the weekends, you will find Jenn boating and/or fishing from her home on the water. She loves to travel to exotic places like New Zealand and Thailand to explore the land and dive the seas.
Mitzi Eaker
Marketing Coordinator
Mitzi Eaker has over 20 years experience in publishing and marketing and co-owner of a magazine called Enjoy Hoover. She enjoys watching her boys play baseball, football, and throw shotput. A career highlight was doing the social media for the 2022 World Games and telling the stories of the softball teams, including team USA who won the gold.
